Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location. Orders within the Cook Islands typically arrive within 1–3 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our shipping partner's website.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at ana@fave.co.ck to initiate a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! We're happy to help with size exchanges, subject to stock availability. Get in touch with us and we'll sort it out for you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
